Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: All tuition fees and extended care are non-refundable. We offer a camp credit that can be used for a future camp session or transferred to another family.

Q: What are the camp hours?
A: Normal camp hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Q: Does Giants Baseball Camps offer extended care?
A: Early Care is available starting at 7:30 a.m. at all camp locations, the cost is $50/week.

Q: How much does early care cost?
A: Early pickup is $50/week

Q: What is the age range of the campers?
A: Giants baseball caps are available for boys and girls ages 4-13.

Q: How are campers grouped?
A: All campers are grouped by level and skill level

Q: What should my child bring to camp?
A: Campers must wear their Giants Camps uniform and bring a baseball glove, a clearly marked lunch and snack, sunscreen and a bottle of water. Additional baseball equipment is optional (bat, helmet, cleats).

Q: Do Giants Baseball Camps provide lunch?
A: Lunch is not provided. Campers should bring lunch with them each day.

Q: Does Giants Baseball Camps have a coach on staff?
A: Yes, a medically certified trainer is on site each day of camp.

Q: How do Giants Baseball Camps accommodate children with allergies?
A: Safety is the cornerstone of our camp program. We have detailed allergy safety procedures, and each of our staff is trained in how to identify an allergic reaction and how to use an EpiPen. The coach of each camper is informed of all the allergies of his team. In addition, each camper with allergies receives a wristband to identify them during lunch hours and throughout camp.

Q: Is full payment required to reserve a place in a particular session?
A: Yes, in order to reserve a place in a particular session, full payment of tuition fees is required.

Q: What type of footwear should my child wear for camping?
A: Crampons (which should not be metal) or sports shoes are recommended. Q: Do Giants Camps staff members need to be vaccinated against COVID-19? A: Yes, all Giants Camps staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment; we make no exceptions to this policy.

Q: Do we offer follow-up at any of our camps?

A: At the moment we only offer Early Care, so the camp day ends at 3:00 p.m. and we give a 15-minute grace period.

Q: Do campers visit the ballpark during camp week?

A: No, campers are invited to an exclusive Camper Reunion event at Oracle Park in August. More details on this event will be provided after registration in Spring 2022.
