Youth entering grades seven through ninth in the fall also have the opportunity to develop volleyball-specific skills during volleyball minicamps that begin July 11.
A cross-country camp will help new and veteran runners entering grades 6-12 in the fall with their body strength and running fundamentals and will begin July 18.
For youth ages 7-14 interested in exploring the natural world around us, an ED-Environmental Ventures course begins July 5 at 1 p.m. in the Recreation Department classroom. Young people in this class will learn about different trees, plants and animals through active and stimulating activities.
Wrestling camp for youth entering grades three through eight this fall also begins July 5. Young people will learn the basics of wrestling from the coaches and wrestlers of the Fond du Lac Wrestling Club.
